Yes, the 7 Days Essence is suitable for all hair types, whether frizzy, curly, frizzed, straightened, broken, damaged....
Can I use it with my braids?

Yes of course, braids are a way to grow hair. Combined with 7days, you'll get a quick result that is much more visible to the naked eye. Make sure the product touches your scalp and massage it in well. 

Is it really natural?

Yes, 7 Days is a natural product based on natural nutrients such as Ginger, Ginseng, Vitamin B&E, Polygonum Multiflorum...  
Is it recommended by experts?

Yes, 7 Days is validated and recommended by experts in the field. The formula is made up of several nutrients carefully blended to ensure hair growth, but also to ensure protection for people with sensitive skin.

How long should I use it?

The results are already visible after one week, however it depends on the result you are hoping for. We advise our customers to use it for at least one month to guarantee a good result. After that, it is up to you to use it as part of your hair routine for even longer and fuller hair.
What to do in case of irritation?

7Days contains ginger, which is an irritant. However, the ginger is in a controlled dose to avoid excessive irritation of the scalp, especially for people with sensitive skin. So you could have very slight irritation. But if it becomes serious we advise you to stop using it immediately and to consult a dermatologist. We would be grateful if you could let us know if this happens to you, so that we can review the dosage of our product.

What is the shipping time for your products?

We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 2-5 weeks to deliver.

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in the United States (Delaware). Our international warehouse is located in China (Guangzhou).

My order is missing some items, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: fordryhair@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, provided the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
